Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at support@GreenGoddessHemp.com, and we will make it right.
Refunds or replacements may be issued at our sole discretion after review of the situation. We may request photo evidence of the damage or defect to assist in our assessment.
Please note that Green Goddess is not responsible for orders lost or delayed in transit once tracking information has been provided, or for packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
